Is my lights enough for these plants?

Hi guys, I just bought a used 48 inches light hoods with 2 bulbs of Philips. One is 40w, 6500k, T12. The other one is 34w. My tanks is 50 gallons. I plan to plants some of these plans to make my tanks more green and carpet: Dwarf Baby Tears, dwarf hair grass, microsword, Red Tiger Lotus, Bolbtis heteroclita.

my tank heigh is 20 inches
