They're already en route. So maybe another weeks or so. Depends on how long customs holds onto them. I wasn't able to really expand my Sera offering this time. Sales are, as usual for the holiday season, slow right now. So it was mostly just a restock of things I already carry.

I'll probably be ordering a couple of these with my next order. Probably 2 months out.

Well, I can get most anything they make, but wasn't planning on trying to stock much more than the test kits simply because they have soooooooo much stuff. But, I can special order it for you with my next order (2 months or so) if you'd like.Which food is it?

The company that makes BorneoWild, Gush and Mosura just started offering Sera products as well, so it's pretty easy for me to add something to my regular orders from them (I receive a shipment every 2 months or so).

So if you want some Sera stuff, let me know and I can get you a price and ETA, etc.

Haha, I dare you to! I'll get the phosphate kits next time I order. Honestly, it's probably going to be at least another month before I order again, but I'll be increasing my stock levels on them and getting a few more different tests. I'll probably get a couple of the "master test kit box type things" as well.

Betting you're feeling the same after a few tests.
My API kit kept saying that I have zero nitrates. I was scratching my head a bit and decided to put a smidgen of pure KNO3 into the test tube. Still no reading lol. This is what prompted me to go back to Sera.

somewhatshocked Ha! That sounds a lot like my transition to Sera a long time ago. Started with my reef rigs when I could no longer rely on API, Seachem and the other 'cheap' ones. And Salifert is just too spendy.

I was initially lured in by the large test tubes but stuck with them because they just work. A few screwball readings from cheap kits will really burn you (really, my pH is 6.5 in a reef with 200lbs of aragonite? I'm so sure, API, heh).

The GH/KH kits are my absolute favorite and are maybe the easiest to read hardness kits I've ever used.

darkestsky As I said before, I hadn't had any experience with Sera test kits before these came in.

Kind of coincidentally, I've got a new reef tank cycling, and realized all of my current test kits were really old and I didn't feel I could trust the results (I only use gh/kh/ph regularly for shrimp tanks) so I purchased an API ammonia test and a couple of Seachem tests (phosphate, nitrate) right before ordering the Sera kits.

It's pretty shocking how much better the Sera kits are. I thought the API tests were bad until I got the Seachem tests. Really? I have to mix all my chemicals and water in a little plastic dimple?

You guys have converted me. I'll be switching to Sera for my tests.
