Asphalt Art Not as much as just planted tanks, but aquarists in general.

I look forward to taking the family to Fort Pulaski (about 35 minutes away) and my wife gets the kids ready by packing lunches, drinks, etc.

I pack up several compact saws and hunt for driftwood, completely wandering off at times into the grass flats and generally forgetting my kids and wife are there.

TheFrenchOne This thread is just so funny.

When your alarm clock is falling into the tank you just push bellow the night stand the other night.
When you cannot plug anymore electric devices.
When your school books cohabit with your tanks.
When you are desperately searching some plants for your tanks, even in the supermarket.

ValMM When you cry because you have to tear down one of two tanks, because you can't bring anything over 1 gallon to college with you and your mom won't care for both.

dtejeda.arias When the last thing that is said to you as you are leaving the house is "no more tanks!!!"

When your neighbors ask you for gardening tips.

When you tell your 5yr old "lets go for a ride", and he replies "but we just got back from the pet store"

When your gf kicks you off the bed cause your on TPT on your phone, an the light is bothering her.

When you repeatedly and percistendly try to persuade your friends to let you set up a tank in their house.

When you drive 30 to 45min for an RAOK even though it be easier and about the same amount equivalent to the gas spent to just get it at the LFS.

Katey When people on your facebook friend list, ask your advice on setting up tanks, because you are always posting pictures of your tank! +

drewsuf82 When your "this will be my last tank" was every tank for the last 3...soon to be 4 tanks

When your LFS calls you asking questions about planted tanks

When you have a bedsheet in the car for wrapping "a good deal tank/free tank" from craigslist

When you take days off from work to go to Aquarist society meetings

When you use 97 cent storage bins to grow moss (because you ran out of cups)

When you run to the grocery store just to buy veggies for your fish (with no other reason to go)

When you randomly google something like "55 Gallon Planted Tank" click images and click one and then the over arrow and then realize that two hours have gone by

When you make new tanks just to watch a different plant grow

When your friends tell you that "you shouldn't be majoring in that, you need to major in Fish and Biology"

Katey When people at Walmart, ask you questions about the fish, even though I don't work there, lol!

When (while purchasing a new jar/vase/glass) the guy at Salvation Army asks you to show him pics of the planted jar/vase/carafe you purchased last week.

When you buy your boyfriend a case of bottled water on the condition that he save the empty bottles for you to grow moss in.

When you empty a Jack Daniels bottle, you fill it with gravel, moss, and water, then dig up your Peace Lily houseplant, and remove a section to put in the top. Then it becomes the centerpiece of your coffee table.
We might have a winner here.
