Downois are very sensitive plants. Once moved, even from the same tank it will melt a few leaves. From emersed to submersed, the plant will adapt and melt a lot of leaves through the adjustment.

ThatGuyWithTheFish Yes, it has been done many times. As you can see by the picture above, they tend to have a different coloration and wavier leaves. Pretty much the only thing you can't grow emergent are floaters.
