There were such good deals last time, no one was buying in January, don't know why.
There was a 55g that went for $25 with stand I believe and then the person couldn't take it. They didn't realize they had to take it that night,duh! Like I said on another post I got 3 spade/spike tailed paradise fish for $5, I was the only bidder in a full room,it was a weird night bidding wise.

This will be the first BAS meeting since the Hurricane Sandy flooding at the New York Aquarium. Come out to support them!
50/50 Auction on the night. 50% proceeds goes to the society, and 50% goes to the contributor of the auction item, which usually translates to better items being brought to auction.
