Drummerboy7816 Okay, I added stones at various points under the high/mid level of the sand to create little walls (and that large dragon stone in the front right to create a sharp decline) lighting sucks so you can't see any depth..). Hoping it stays sloped!! Plants and water go in tomorrow!

Black sand topped with Fluval shrimp stratum shaping?

I have some black sand and a new bag of 8.8lb Fluval shrimp stratum for my new 15g tank. My question is that will I be able to maintain high sloped on the back if I put the stratum over the sand? I know sand alone would even out over time, so I'm wondering if the stratum over the sand would help hold down the shape.

Much appreciated!!
