It'll help for sure. Weekly smaller water changes and less feedings will go a long way

Jake's food is awesome and I will never feed my shrimp anything else. I feed them his complete veggie Monday and Friday and feed them the pumpkin delight or the calcium plus sticks on Wednesday. I dose excel/flourish complete M/W/F as well for the plants which has never bothered them either.

As long as you're doing the basics (for me at least) and there's nothing obviously out of whack, they just need to acclimate and then you'll start to see them perk up. I feel like a lot of people over react and change things up too quickly trying to figure things out, but again, that's just me.
Thanks for the tips. I had ordered some of his stuff on Friday. I hope it does the trick

Thanks! Work is where my two favorite tanks are. My 12L and this one. My 20L of shell dweller multis is a close 3rd

Conrad283 Man I'm jealous. I think I have either all males or all females. I've had them for a number of months and I've slowly went from 10 to 7

Here's the latest look on a feeding day. Lots of shrimp reaching maturity and at least one always berried

Well it's been a little bit. Over 30 shrimp now and still finding babies time to start gifting some of these to friends

A comparison of the first batch of babies born to the latest found. You can barely see the little one to the right of this one.

sejoy Now that is doing cubicle decor right.

nerdariostomp Haha thanks. I have the 3 monitors in my main viewing direction and I spend 90% of my day staring at all 3 and talking on the phone. It's definitely way more than I would've ever imagined doing when I started there 2 years ago

golfer_d How do you get any work done? I would be so distracted looking at the tanks!

Great job.
