Diana So, what is the NO3 doing through the week?
Do you have tests for any other fertilizers?

You can adjust your dosing so fewer or smaller water changes are OK, or you can adjust your water changes to suit the dosing.

As per the instructions that came with the RootMedic ferts, I dose one pump Micro and Macro Solutions for every 5 gallons of water three to four times per week.

plantbrain Well, the more you keep up on ti and keep things stable, the better, whatever that routine works out to be for you that does not harm plant growth.

That's a pretty large target.

I have a 47 gal heavily planted tank with no fish, pressurized CO2, and I dose with RootMedic liquid macros and micros every other day. I am guessing that I can go longer between the water changes since there are no fish. How often and how much water changes should I do?
