A ten gallon seems kinda small for that many bettas, make sure you plants lots of plants to make it very dense, or try a twenty long =] you will probably want to make it bigger in the future anyway!

That arrangement should work.
Just make sure you feed the Corydoras & otos @ night.
Introduce the bettas LAST.
What kind of plants are you planning to put in there?

Could a school of corydoras habrosus be kept in a tank with female bettas?
10g gallon tank
5x female bettas
4x corydoras habrosus
