jkan0228 Looks like you have some nice growth!

Just a question, where did you get the lily pipe cleaner?

grogan Long over due update:
Well this poor tank has been moved again. This makes three times in less than a year. Im not sure it will make another. Hopefully my living situation levels out so she can truly grow out. Fortunately for me, after every move this tank bounces back stronger than before. Along with my new ADA light and steady fertilization, the carpet has finally taken over.

grogan Update:

I just did my weekly water change and trimmed the glosso down. I am waiting to trim the stems and moss till this weekend. Ill be saving the stems and donating them to the local shop so they can put together some cheap grab bags. I also added an ADA cabochon ruby check valve to my CO2 system. My regulator already has built in NASA grade check valves but when I saw how clean these things look, I just had to have one. With a $410 regulator, might as well have double water protection.

thats next on my buy list along with the ada ferts. you use step 1, 2 and special lights?

I also like the color rendition on your LED light.

forget to mention I also subscribed.
Yup those are the ferts Im using. The simplicity of having the pumps is really convenient. Plus they seem to work rather we'll. Thank you for the compliments.

It sure is. I could have got a cheap Ebay one...but that isn't my style.

Thats their "goose neck" mounting arm. And it works amazing. I wouldn't order a kessel without one. It gives you easy control of the light. You can adjust the distance from the surface and direction of focus with ease. I have had the light running for about 3 weeks now and have no complaints. None of my plants are dying and algae growth is minimal. So I highly recommend the light.
