For reference, here is the list of prohibited and regulated aquatic plants in Minnesota.
Note, its only the prohibited list that we need to worry about when it comes to owning, selling, or buying them.

I have some, but I am not in MN and I am not even willing to try to ship it. Good luck trying to find another plant!
Btw, I like the look of it, it gets pretty pink.
