|Shangrila||+1 on Aquatraders. I have a twin tube T5HO from them. The shipping was super fast and light is of fairly good quality. And you cannot beat the price!|

what length are you looking for? how much are you looking to spend?
these guys have some good prices, ive heard some not great things about them in the past but lately alot more positives. for the price its hard not to be tempted by them. Aquatraders

It's not great and it's not cheap (I believe it's roughly $75 or so). It doesn't have reflectors or mounting legs. You will be better off with a Nova Extreme which you can typically get for around $100, just search for it.
Incidentally, I did purchase two 4100K T5HO 54W bulbs from Home Depot after my original lights got too dim, and my plants don't have any problems with it. It also seems really bright (brighter than a brand new Nova Extreme on another tank of mine). The 4100k bulbs do have more of a yellowish cast but at $10/each and being readily available I decided to experiment, and I am not unhappy. //end hijack

the bulbs are only like 4500-5500k i think though so youll need a new bulb. Also i dont think home depot HO and aquarium HO have the same output.

home depot does have t5ho fixture.
You just have to wire on a plug.

Good/cheap place to buy t5ho light?
does home depot sell any of those or would going with an led light fixture might be better? if so what would be equivalent to 4 t5ho? thank you guys!
