Am I in the right direction?

Hello all!!! I am new to the "Planted Tank." I have been n2 aquariums a LONG time but have never done a planted tank. Here is what i have...

Filter = Aqueon 30
Heater = Aqueon
Substrate = Flourite & Eco-Complete mixed
Co2 = Aquatek regulator mini injection

Is this a good start???
