I better go buy some more driftwood. Better not do that or I'll end up buying driftwood to big again and then I'll need a 300 gallon.
then, you ca do a planted tank with gar, clown knifes, and maybe even an arowanna :P

trapperwolves I'm with ya D-007. Choice C is the way to go.

D-007 Yep that is definitely a nice piece of driftwood and IMO it fits just right in that tank. I also agree with choice 'C'; decide where you'd like your next tank, measure the space then choose your tank

Elwood I like it, but if you need an excuse, go with C.
BTW, 75 is a good size for a lot of things. That said, I have a 125, but a 6 foot tank is twice as hard to light as a 4 foot tank.

HybridHerp C)....but if you changed C to be a 180 or something :P
but seriously, a 90 is nice, kind of unsure why 75's exist tbh lol

trapperwolves Why didn't I think of a 90? Now you're talkin'. The arm of that monster actually extends behind the plants another few inches that you can't see in the picture.

AVN--B&C are for sure my 2 choices.

Blink--Thanks for the kind words--C is a great choice too.

Now I gotta let the wife know to get rid of her bird (cockatoo--sp?) to make room for another 75 or 90. I'm sure that will go over well.
I gotta keep remembering--HAPPY WIFE-HAPPY LIFE.

captnphil Looks almost ok!
Its an awesome looking driftwood
I'd find a different way and prop its arm up...
Why a 75...90 is better

Big Couch/Driftwood

Ever go to a furniture store and buy a beautiful couch (or dresser, etc.). You can't wait for your furniture to be delivered and when it arrives you go "holy crap is that thing huge". Furniture always seems to look so much smaller in the store then when you get it home.

So recently I was at a fish swap meet and bought this great looking piece of driftwood. I even had a tape measure and measured the thing before I bought it. I figured it didn't look that big. When I got home and put it in a 29 gallon tank I went "holy crap is that thing huge". In the pictures that would be the one on the right side. I have an Amazon Sword planted on the left side and when that starts to grow I'm going to remove the piece of driftwood that covers the intake.

So here are my 3 options regarding the driftwood on the right side of the tank:

A) Looks OK leave it in
B) Use that as an excuse to go out and buy a 75 gallon tank to put it in
C) Leave it in the 29 gallon and go out and buy a 75 gallon anyway

Any opinions or responses would be appreciated.
