xenxes My tanks can go weeks without mechanical filtration, I once had a filter clogged for a month and didn't notice. It's the lighting.. the tanks that don't even get indirect light are worrisome, plants will fade and nothing to uptake waste, but a few days aren't a problem.

Don't really need to worry in a heavily planted.

Hopefully heat won't be too much of an issue. My tanks are kept at 78-80 degrees as it is. I'll have some distilled/pre-treated water prepared just in case anything happens though. I didn't think about the temp being an issue so thank you! Can cross another worst case scenario off the list.
