thenameless i just did my first testing of water parameters, i'm using the api testkit. here are the results(this is 2 days after the setup):

Ph: 6.8
Gh: 4drops (71.6ppm)
Kh: 3drops (53.7ppm)
Amonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate 5ppm

thenameless alright, planted it yesterday evening, its not the final stage( i guess it never is lol). gonna ad more plants through the week.

i just took out the piece you mantioned, it kinda seems empty in that corner now lol, i also moved the bigger piece on the left a bit to the center... i didnt think about those plants, main reason being i dont have co2. dont have any experience with them. here is a pic what it looks like now.

Just means if the left side is still too weak in comparison to the right, you could use that piece you took out to help beef it up a bit.

And Maybe move the left arrangement towards the center a smudge. Think a 3 to 2 ratio with the focal centers.

Jason Baliban This sides are too close in "weight." I would take the one out that is in the far back right corner.
