RachelP I know this is a bit late for your trip, but there is also Rivers & Reefs on S 1st.
Lots of rock, some driftwood. Some plants, not the widest selection, but they're all true aquatics, not bog plants posing as true water.

pwolfe Thanks for the reccomendations. I'm mainly interested in hardscape materials; stones, wood, etc.

Mike Hawk If your interested in another place Aquadome in south Austin is alright not great. They have a huge selection of livestock through, FW and SW. Their plants selection is very lacking but they are working on it.

Visiting Austin

I'm in Austin on a business trip. Are there any good shops around for picking through hardscape materials?
