Looking good! I'm glad to see it's still up. I can't wait to set mine up again. The weather here just isn't warm enough yet
So now that you've teased us about the 270 gallon pond... I'm going to check that thread out

Nice. I want to get one of these and do an outdoor "pond"...
335g and about 6' across, 2' deep. Less than $200.

xenxes's Balcony Planter 24g - "Mud Bucket"
Wow this is super cool! I was looking at some of the big plastic pots, 22-24", at lowes this evening for something similar to this!

It's still alive:
This was just after the move, before I took out most of the plants to throw in my 270g pond.
After the destruction. I added back in 2-3" clippings.
This is recently, stems grew back and water cleared up.
All plants are just plugged into the bottom now, maybe 6" of lava rocks + dirt.

Not sure if this has been discussed, but do I see that you have plants planted in clay pots within the planter?

That's red and blue rili shrimp, neocaridina heteropoda, more of them in my 9g (higher grade with helmet heads). I selectively bred some to be all blue in the 6g.
So, early this morning, I had to move most of my balcony inside per condo association rules (tropical storm, possibly hurricane on the way). I didn't move the pond, it's about 250lbs with sand, dirt, and water weight. I'll see if they force me to move it...

It's not, not enough light unless I plant it near the water surface, even then it stays very small.
My rain water pH is 6.6? seems high? I thought we had acid rain. TDS 30, nice.
