Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?

msjinkzd They look great!

Psionic My new green shrimp sure like to live in the fast lane. They motor around. I stop. They swim more than fish IMO. Most shrimp tend to mosey. Not these guys. They lift their sails and just fly to the next plant or onto the other side of the tank. They're like lime green fairies.
Bad pic, but that's them chilling and eating next to the fire yellows.

mdreher Thanks for all the crabs Rachel. They arrived in perfect condition. I really appreciate how generous you were with the extras. Very nice. I'll be posting pics of them in their new home here: Thanks again!!!

Psionic I hadn't taken them out yet, but even when I opened the box they were a nice blue color.

somewhatshocked I told everybody they were turkey-sized.

My latest dozen, which arrived a day early (this morning), aren't quite the size of turkeys like my last. More the size of chickens, thankfully.

Great stuff, Rachel. Can't wait til I have a billion snail babies.

Psionic I'm upset. Rach sent me horses, not Amanos. Oh wait...

msjinkzd Not yet, have to see how they do through qt their per piece price is not that high, but freight isn early $120 PER box (one species per box) which will factor into the pricing.

Just got back from picking up some new critters. Got honeycomb catfish (tatia), orange otos, cochui blue tetra, danio choprae, ember tetras, yellow fire shrimp, red fire shrimp, jumbo amanos, eques pencilfish, and coral red pencilfish
Any idea what you will be selling the coral red pencilfish for?

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I was afraid of that, not really something I want to have to deal with. I have a food competition issue with a GBR that my ex thought was just too adorable to resist but doesn't fit in any of my tanks.
Probably the wrong thread but do you think the rapashy foods with the more constant food source would help with that issue or will the more boisterous fish still just eat it all. I have been thinking about giving that a try with my shrimp; my only concern is that I've heard over feeding shrimp can cause them to die. Do you still do the constant food source with them as well or just enough for them to eat in 3 hours?

Psionic Yea I hope they pull through. They are so cute and sweet. Even if they hide all day, they're still adorable. My sister used to have some in a 20 gallon and they would swim around a lot more with covered areas. She of course had fake plants all over the tank and some of those little bridges. Yes, she's one of "those" kind of fish keepers. But she had them for about 2 years. So I'm guessing they're hardy fish lol.

msjinkzd Tell me about it. They came in, a few had a little bit of redness around their dorsal (no ich though). yesterday morning they looked pretty good but by yesterday night they were all COVERED. Fingers crossed!!!

Aww. I hope they do also. I'm a patient person and don't mind waiting. Especially to get them healthy. They are just so dang hard to find.

I might just order more, bigger ones, and allow these teenies to keep growing.
In other news, I just caught my microcrabs mating. It was really neat, I hope the babies survive.
