Aquariumplus Hi guys,

This is Jimmy the owner of "Aquarium Plus" Thank you for all of you to support my store. I have lots of customer asked me why I sold the store and I hear few storys about it too, the true resaon is becuase I go and work for "Aqua-Pro Aquarium Supply, Inc." the company that build the "rimless tanks" and the tanks are make in "Hong Kong" I just had been so busy with this company, in the mean time I went to HK two times already. And my web site www.aquariumplusonline.com should be up within this year. Of couse I will carry everything you saw in my store plus lots of item s I did not carry, but there will be no live stock to begin with, but I still hope I can able to have time to set up a shrimp warehouse, and also thanks for support for my " Tangerine Tiger Shrimps" even though only very few people know I am one of the very few people bought them in to US, and I am the one give them this english name, but I real feel very happy about seeing the shrimp hobby is getting bigger and stronger in US, next time when I go to Hong Kong I will spent few days to 2 weeks in China trying to find more new wild caught shrimps to offer to our US hobbier. please forgive my typing if I have any miss spelling. Once again thank you for everyone support, and if anybody do have question please feel free to email to me my email is aquariumplus@ymail.com, and I will try to do a better job for replying email.

Thank you

Jimmy Lo

Digsy I had a minute or two to look around yesterday and everything was kind of disorganized so, to be honest I'm not sure what equipment he did have in. I have been buying ADA stuff from him that he's bringing in by special order so, I haven't really had to shop his actual inventory.

Bad-Daddio how about co2 supplies, etc? still a good selection?

Digsy You may want to call first to see if he has what you're looking for. I was in today and only saw 3 rimless and they were all shallower, long tanks. I didn't see any cubes this time around.

shd17 any new livestock?

Digsy I did see quite a few rimless tanks available.

brohawk By chance did you notice if they still had any of those rimless tanks Jimmy was bringing in from China?

Digsy I didn't have time to look a whole lot the last time I was in but from what I did see, it looked like they had a lot more variety in equipment/accessories than I remember from the former owner. I am headed there later today for an Eheim 2211.

Bad-Daddio thanks for the heads-up, connerdude.

has anyone been in recently? do they still have a decent hardware selection - co2 equip, etc?

connordude27 The store is still open.. New owners, and renamed...
08-24-2011 07:35 PM
Bad-Daddio just curious, the store's website is "under construction" and given the owner's earlier comments, i have to ask - is the store still open?
09-04-2010 01:58 AM
connordude27 There is going to be a load of all types of shrimp! All the racks were labeled last time i went.

Digsy Edit: Nevermind, saw the thread below this one.

Francis Xavier Amazonia I bet!

I like the focus and niche appeal for your store with the new setup, I think it will make the store even more popular.

On a side note, did everything in that last package I sent you come alright?
