urville Back into the hobby. Had a family thing. Took a hiatus. If anyones around let me know.

The Fish Crew is the closest thing to an LFS we have in Cheyenne and it's in FoCo. Hah!
Thought about just opening a store myself.

We do both planted and reef in our house.

So, Hi! again...

VelcroWY There's a facebook group that says "Wyoming" but is actually run by a LFS out of Casper. I visited it for a while, seems like a good group but I don't remember which one. There are several and one seems Gillette-based and another Cheyenne-based plus the Casper-group. Good luck!

Fizbi Still here in Casper, WY. My 55 gallon tank has been over run by cyanobacteria. Unable to beat it back. Had to shut down tank and start over.

Still haven't heard of anyone else here in Casper.

stephenpence Back in Laramie to stay. In the process of seeing up my fish room. It'll end up being 800-1000 gallons when its all said and done. Plants, shrimp, tropicals, and south American cichlids mostly.. When you're on the way through on the I80 corridor look me up.

Yup, Cheyenne. If anyone is around I have a grip of Water Hyacinth that needs a new home.

Wy Renegade I've been around, and have a thread going in the vivarium subforum that I add to pretty often. Beyond that I haven't seen too much.

grogan WOW I posted here in March and there hasn't been another Wyoming thread or comment. Planted tanks must be dead in Wyoming! HAHA its like the stretch of wasteland between Casper and Shoshoni!

Wow that brings back some memories. I left casper in 98 and used to go there when I was a kid. Sounds like somebody in casper needs to take another shot at opening an lfs there. If only the chains are in town people get tired of the poor selection and then start looking for a more specialized shop. Well at least thats how it is in Anchorage..which is why the shop I work at is doing so awesome.

Wy Renegade Lot of views, but not many posts. I've heard from one, anybody else out there from Wyoming?

cowboy Another one here in Cheyenne, Ian, are you still trying to get your club up and going? Ive been at this for almost a year. Some early problems and trying to work on a budget but having fun. Ive got a 55 planted (wish I had known the 75's work better) But Im looking for maybe a used tank to get another up and running. Let me know.

hc_martin Petco has arrived in Casper and they have a better than most plant selection (so far). They are my first choice. I stay away from the other pet shops and aquarium shops here in town.

I haven't tried mail order yet. I'm still nursing what I have after moving from LA.

Casper, WY
