Yeah, they're SAEs. And they don't eat the glosso, they just rummage round in it for stuff to eat, causing it to become uprooted.

SAEs with glosso?


I've got some SAE's that are getting fairly large and aggressive, though they are still eating lots of algae.

I've also got a new glosso carpet that for some reason is having difficulty rooting. Large chunks of it are becoming detached. I do see the SAEs rooting around in the gloss for stuff to eat, but I'm not sure that this is enough to cause the uprooting I see.

Does anybody else have SAEs that do or do not molest their carpet plants?
