John Simpson I feel like that 2nd pic of the hanging tanks is like 10 years old and they were the only ones who actually ever set those up lol

MarkM Here is one, it is in the Lobby of the Nordic Sea Hotel in Stockholm

It is huge, maybe 20' x 8' x 6', from memory of 8 months ago. Lots of plants and fish, angelfish and silver dollar fish grown to 6-8" each.

You take the black plastic caps off and snake a gravel vac down the tubes.. seems easier than getting a ladder to clean the hanging ones

I think they just throw them out when they're dirty.

I never understood ultra sleek setups like those. You really don't even focus on what's in the tank your look more at the tank itself and the way it's hanging, but to each their own.

Bluebugs I really like the last one, think geek, right?

I would consider getting it, but dirted would be the only way to go with those - once they're set no need to mess with them.

cool aquariums

We've all seen coffee table, bed headboard and other over the top aquariums... but these two sold on a website with overpriced home decor are ones I could actually consider.
The hanging ones would have to have a filter mounted in the ceiling. The other has a filter under it in the stand.
