I'd also like to know where the white inlet strainer came from. Anyone recognize the brand?

DIY acrylic surface skimmer
I've been struggling with a surface film on my 60-P for months now. It comes and goes, sometimes the day after a water change. Probably an issue many other people are dealing with. I've tried to raise my lily pipe outflow, but it just pushes the film around.
Anyways, I started searching for surface skimmers that would not stand out in my tank and I came across this video.
There isn't much of a description but I'm hoping that someone has seen it before or knows the builder. I'd love to try making one myself. It looks like acrylic. Also dig the white inlet screen.
Anyone have any advice on this build? Thanks!
