Hi is this a new tank? Does not look so bad to me. Keep on water changes regularly, remove algae manually.
Try gently removing the algae on the amazon with your fingers.
Looks like a new tank syndrome to me.

Help identifying/treating algae
Fairly certain I have at least two types of algae or more in my tank, but have no clue what kind and how to treat them. I'm not bothered by the algae on the driftwood, but my amazon sword keeps getting covered in brown spots.
Here are two albums with photos of the algae before a recent cleaning:
Any help is appreciated. I am not running c02, just Flourish Excel. My lighting is a dual T5NO setup with a T8 next to it, 24" from bottom of tank (it's a tall 56 gallon). Nitrates are usually very low, 10 or less. Water changes are a little inconsistent due to my crazy life, 30%-50% every week or two. I have plenty of snails in the tank, but no algae eaters except for my molly who picks at it occasionally.
