marcelishpak I havent put up any updates because Ive neglected the tank a bit had other things in life take more time but its still running here is latest fts. As you can see the hc is gone, too much maintenance. Also changed the lights to Finnex Ray 2.

StraightAddicted You could always paint the walls white to see through the tank still haha but that would be a pain!!!

Sd760 It looks better with no background love seeing the tree top look with the branches exposed (if that makes sense lol)

Wy Renegade Very nice set-up - love the natural look. Personally I vote no background so it can be viewed from both sides.

sepulvd Great job looks really natural

marcelishpak Really appreciate your kind comments so thanks a bunch. I think im going to leave the background as is meaning no background just the wall behind it. Thanks again

AnotherHobby Holy crap! That's awesome — I love this tank! Nice work.

Also, I agree with the white background comment.

marioman72 super awesome tank, looks very natural. the trim helped the look of the tank come together for sure.

StraightAddicted Def. one of my favorite tanks on this site. The entire setup compliments each other so much. If I could find some driftwood like that, I would like to convert my tank over with it. I will use your tank as one of my references in striving for never ending greatness!!!!

talontsiawd Wow, very nice. I bet that looks crazy in person with the 40B depth.

DogFish Very nice Aquascape work. You really show how one can have a nice tank on a budget.

I vote for the white background. I feel it gives a better feeling of depth. I think it makes the viewer want to look deeper into the tank.

marcelishpak Here is a pic of the jungle

and another one after some trimming.

I think either white background or no background works best. opinions?

marcelishpak The light is 3 ft diy t5 that i bought at Home depot and i just made the housing in ada solar style. A lot of the stuff on this tank I tried to do it myself but i am thinking of getting LED setup and rimless tank but thats a lot of $$$$.

KFryman Wow, that is amazing! Really looks well done.

I'm curious on that light as well, it looks like an ADA solar, but probably much cheaper. If you can could you find the website?
