Planted Tank Gooroo

These are superb little fish! In a densly planted aquarium they really show their colours. For best look keep in an "amazon" style tank, with lemon tetra, cardinals and plecos. The ideal numbers of fish would be around 15 of these pensil fish with 40 cardinals, 7 lemon taetras and 5 plecos for a 240 litre planted aquarium.

These fish are best with planted aquariums. I have 4 of these. They blend in with the tank and there so colourful too. Its great to have them.
