Its a nice start. More plants. Maybe separate the baby tears into three and move them apart. The Amazons are going to get BIG. I keep mine under control by removing to long large leaves as they become to big.
Nice looking tank.

I actually got two more dwarf baby tears yesterday. I have all three up front about two inches apart

the 2 midground plants have too big leaves, maybe replace them with crypts or something. and the driftwood is REALLY centered and unnatural (needs branches).
let the stems grow out more.
split up the HC or it will algea and die. mine did that when i did not split it up good, when i did it died back and then suddenly started to grow great.
