This is a small, low lying plant. It has a lot of leaves, but in my 10 gallon tank, the leaves don't even hover an inch above the substrate. Not my favourite plant.

the image I just uploaded is of my own cryptocoryne petchii. I got at petco as Asia assorted. Anyways it dose great in my 20long with no co2 injector only flourish comprehensive liquid fertilizer and a T8 18000k Light bulb from Power Glow. I love how full this plant is and think it look best in a drift wood.

This plant was recommended to me when I had lower light in my aquarium and continues to grow and spread nicely.

I had 4 of those, with wendtii crypts. They grow somewhat taller than the wendtii, and I find them more difficult to keep than the wendtii. I lost all of them because of mistakes I made except one which is thriving now. I should have new shoots in a couple of months. I find it mix well with wendtiis because it grows taller, it is a good intermediate tall plant, goes well behind wendtiis. Or else, some of them have revert to the wendtii normal form? after all, petchii are some var. of the wendtii?
