This is a nice foreground carpet plant if you keep it pinched back for low horizontal growth to start, it has a longer more slender leaf than other varieties and is not quite as neat. It is a very slow growing plant but a nutient rich soil, CO2, and fertilizers that include Fe can help it become a beautiful foregorund with thick dense growth and a perfect place for fry or shrimp to hide.
