This can do in anything, adrianng1996. I have taiwan moss in 2 of my tanks. It grows insanely fast and bushy in my medium to high light tank with DIY CO2. It grows slow in my no CO2 low light tank. The point is that it will grow in any parameters.
This moss is an insanely fast grower with column ferts and CO2. It's also opportunistic, in that it will mix in with other mosses as it germinates and catches the water flow. It's a pretty moss and is very hardy, even in low light. I have it growing in tanks with 3WPG/CO2/ferts down to a 2.5G with only a desk lamp. Definitely worth trying, especially in low light situations.
