Very cool forground Erio plants that is growing nicely for me. Plants in pic are about 1" tall and I was told that they are difficult to grow but so far I have had success at growing. I will not say its an easy plants to grow because it's currently sharing the same tank as my Mato Grosso plants and I had a difficult time initially making it happy. Keeping that in mind I think it would be safe to say the Australia needs are similar if not the same as the M Grosso plant. Substrate: River Silt with peat mixed (3") in and topped with SMS (1"). Hardness: KH=0~1 / GH= 5 PH: below 6 Temp Range: 81 - 83 Ferts: Calculated dose for 90gal per WfxXx sticky. Light: 32watt x 4 driven by an T5 HO ballast. 'for now'

This is most likely a Trithuria species and is not an Eriocaulon.

The true identity is Centrolepis banksii. I have seen this spp growing emersed in Australia and are presently growing them submersed.
