The golden colored fish pictured above is the Sunset Thick-Lipped Gourami, a color variant of the typical Thick-Lipped. Standard coloration is orange or brown with turquoise fins with the males exhibiting stunning turquoise vertical bands. Unfortunately they don't seem to be a very popular fish despite their obvious desirability. I have a sunset in a 20g high with six Cherry Barbs and he's a remarkably peaceful fish though a bit bashful at times--a place for them to hide is a definite must. I must confess I'm a bit taken with him and I do believe he's the prettiest fish I own with a stunning gold color that clashes magnificently with the deep reds of the Barbs. This fish is strikingly attractive, hardy, easy to care for, peaceful, and tolerates a wide range of temperatures so there really is no reason why they should not be more widely available.
