Water must be neutral to acidic pH and water must be soft. Does not eat algae, but will eat soft moss and sinking food. A great colorful little shrimp!

The higher up the grading scale, the more sensitive they are. Great shrimp to keep in planted aquariums to bring out the natural complex of a tank's appearances.

Can I breed a ghost shrimp with my CRS or CBS?

@TheShrimpMan - no, ghost shrimp and CRS will NOT interbreed. And, around loaches, the CRS will probably get torn apart. Breeding CRS and CBS together will result in F1 CBS and then any further generations being a mix of red or black (you'll also get the odd brown).
