Driftwood, Rocks and Plants from above.

Placing other Driftwood, Rocks and Plants around the 1st.

The first driftwood placement.

Water filled up to just above the substrate level in the back corner.

A thin layer of Black Gravel as the top substrate layer. It is sloped from just about the line of the front frame to about 3 or 4 inches in the back.

Soil as the bottom layer. I had absolute fun getting my hands dirty here!
