On 06-07-12, I purchased 45 RCS from you ("SUPER SALE: 25 + 5 Red Cherry Shrimp)." As told, I paid via PayPal. On 06-12-12, I got PM apologizing for delay w/promise to ship Thur. On 06-14-12, I got PM noting problems w/shrimp w/reference to post on topic. In each case, I understood/asked only for update from you when sent. On 06-17-12, I received PM in which you wrote "Sending shrimp out tomorrow." Since this date, I deliveries from 3 major carriers ~ 2 SnShop & 1 Custom Laptop (UPS/USPS/Interntl).

Obviously, I write as shrimp have not come as of this date (06-29-2012). I am about to leave 1st Neg Feedback on PTrader for fraud/theft. It's sad as I am pretty reasoable and would understand lots of things "...shrimp died, getting out of the hobby, lost my job, etc.,... will return money."

you are failed to respond and failed to give me the tracking # and keep on delaying the shipment by making some stupid excuses. i already know by now that you are not going to ship S*** so i will leave my feedback and report you if i don't see anything in mail today.

Still haven't heard anything and it's been a week since he was supposed to have sent out orders. Not saying I need my purchase at this very moment, but a message (even an unpersonalized mass massage) would be appreciated.

diwu13: Thanks for the update. I last sent him a message on 3/17 but never received a response; this explains why. I knew that he experienced a loss in his family, and related that he should take care of that before sending out shrimp. I'll send him a message in a week or so if nothing has arrived by then.

For anyone that has contacted johnny313 after 3/17, he has gone to CA to mourn a death in the family. He apologizes that he has been unable to respond to any PMs. All orders placed will be sent out Thursday, 3/29, and as an apology for the short notice John will be doubling the quantity ordered!
