I feed them starting from the most a month to the least a month.
Shirakura Special food some whole and a very small amount i crushed up into powder for the babies everyday, but a small amount thought of both. Then every few days a toss in a couple cooked green bean or blanched spinach, or both i get mine organic. Cook and blanch them when i get them home and use about 5 ice trays place small amount in each cube then cover just enough with dechlorinated water freeze then pop them out and stick them in a freezer bag ( makes for easy feeding later) , As your shrimp population becomes bigger just defrost more cubes to feed them.. 1 time a week i give them a few frozen bloodworms( defrosted of coarse) and a few flakes of Flake food as long as it doesn't have more than a trace of copper in it. They are in a 10 gallon tank by them selves. There is always a female saddled or berried so far. I see tons of babies around also. I don't have any pictures of my shrimp tank as it was just kinda thrown together and is now overgrown, i'm doing a rescape this week . When i'm done i will send a picture your way

Also i do put plants the get algae on them from my 55 into the shrimp tank and by the next day the algae all gone
