Hey Tom,

I just read a post of yours from 2007 on the barrreport. I'm looking into starting a new tank 40g breeder. MTS capped with sand. HC, Blyxa Jap. and some moss on driftwood. Going pressurized, 100 watt t5, ei (possibly). Have you ever tried a dry start with moss? Xmas moss specifically. I think a dry start would be fun to try, just not sure about the moss. Any thoughts would be awesome. I definitely enjoy your presence on TPT. Thank you!

I am starting my first planted tank and I'm starting to figure out a design. I really want to use driftwood; I saw another individuals tank on this forum that I loved the driftwood he used. He sent me to you because you're the person who sold the driftwood to him. Anyways the guys name is Coast Guard Jon from DC. I was hoping you might be able to help me out.

hi Tom setting up a 118 x 30 x 30" with custom sump, need an advice with CO2 reactor! thought of something similar as your 120g big reactor or 3 small reactors before the returns! would be great to hear your experience thanks

can you please advise me on your method for BBA. It is rapid in my 125 gallon discus tank.
