Your nano tank looks awesome! How many gallons is without substrate. Did you buy it as a kit. I'm looking for one about 9-10 gallons. Can't see any fish in the tiny pic. Maybe you could post another one that can be enlarged. I'm in the Seattle area and I assume I could buy this at a LFS, but haven't seen anything like this. p.s. do you use CO2? Thanks in advance for sharing more info. Ginny
Hi, I really like your tank, and I think it looks nice. If you don't mind me asking, what are the specs of your lights? And what plants do you have?
I was reading a comment of yours, since you mentioned using DIY CO2, and I plan on using it as well. With your CO2, do you use an airstone attached to the tubes, or a diffuser? Any advise you can give me on that? Is using the airpump the best way to avoid excessive CO2 at night? Thanks.
i am brand new to forum... so please excuse any etiquette fails. i have just a little experience w/ my planted tank...gory personal details..blah..blah..neglected tank..starting over. Had pretty good success w/ african cichlids..50 gal. tank..standard gravel..4' 4 bulb t5 fixture..diy yeast co2 setup......now starting over with a few plants at a time..a few baby cichlids at a time( five at present)and 3 plecos. need suggestions on beginning diy co2 again and keeping a balance with co2/oxygen/relatively few fish to feed plants. Cost is important of course. Will add more fish, plants, hdwr. as money allows.
