Thanks so much!! We really try our very best in the customer service but we can only do so much to stay profitable. Honestly, we subsidize so much on shipping, it really gives our customers a false sense of "bad quality" that come with our livestock. When the customer opts for 2nd day with no guarantee and there's an unfortunate DOA, the best we could do is give them free livestock if they pay for shipping.
