Great store! Interesting fish selection, rare plants on occasion, plants and equipment are cheap!

ya its really good, i like the guy that works there and the only 1 bad thing about it is that its a little small but its still great. I also like on there website
ALL THINGS FISHY OFFICE AQUARIUMS
that they have an inventory of stock, and when you call to ask for something there nice

I've noticed that they sometimes have pretty rare fish. they have had ribbon eels, seahorses, threadfin angels (only place I've seen 'em). And I wanted to buy some zebra danios, but the guy wouldn't let me because they just came in 2 days ago.

Default All Things Fishy is no more

I just went by All Things Fishy to drop off some plants, and they are gone!
A sign on the front door says they will still have a store in Norton, but that is quite the drive from me!

This is definately a sad day for me. The store and the tanks were always a mess, but I got some great stuff there. A few of the things: Sparkling gouramis, Pit bull pleco, Rotala wallichi, Ludwigia palustris, C. "petchii", possible A. nana "petite". Where else can you find stuff like that?

They often had very cool apistos and killis in stock, as well as red line sharks.

They will be missed.

Default Ma

I'm from Millbury, just south of Worcester. There is a cool place in West Boylston called My Pet World, has alot of exotic saltwater fish and birds. Also have hit the Store in Framingham Topical Isle, beautiful store. NOw I'm just trying to join a fish club that meets at Worcester State College. Gotta get some more info about the hobby. trying to grow a planted tank with zero sucess so if you got any pointers let me know.

Thanks
Todd

Do you have AIM or MSN Messenger?
I ask this because trying to do question answer help on forums is hard.

I could probably help you a lot, lets start with tank specs.

my AIM is mikequint94
my MSN is twelveyea@hotmail.com

First time poster here. Norton is about a 1 hr 20 minute drive for me, so I probably wouldn't be going that far. I live on the North Shore, and the best local fish store I've been able to find is PJ's Pet Center. Actually, I used to work there, about 12 years ago, and loved it. I just couldn't live on the pay.

I'll probably start a new thread for this, but does anyone know of any good, non-Petco, fish stores in the Beverly, Danvers, Peabody area? I used to love going to Curious Creatures here in Beverly, but they moved to Groveland and, as far as I can tell, are now only a reptile show organization, taking reptiles to kids parties for a fee.
