Have a great time! Maybe you can see the red fronted macaws. I just got a baby Sunday. He is beautiful, and the adults are gorgeous.I can't wait to hear some exciting stories.

The birdlife there looks gorgeous! I'll try and get tons of pics for you, Carole, and for everyone!

Hydro- I did get 2 6x4" pieces of glass, so I've got to try and put them together and still leave time to cure before we leave. I might just try exactly what you did, with weatherstripping and silicone?

I can't believe it's almost here! I'm leaving in just a few hours to pick up Gary from the airport, he's spending a few days with us and then we meet up with everyone else on Tuesday to fly out of Miami!

I've GOT to remember to pick up my Malaria meds from the pharmacy, I keep forgetting... gotta start taking it on Monday.

Well, I've started my Journal. It will be a pretty long one, a day-by-day account. Gary will also be doing his own Journal, and we'll be writing an article together to submit to TFH for publication.

My Journal will be only over on TFH (there's no way I'll be able to keep up with 2 Journals on 2 separate forums... LOL)

Here's the thread, for any who may be interested: http://forums.tfhmagazine.com/viewto...p?f=82&t=26299

And beware- it's already very picture-heavy and will only get more so with each and every post!

This will be the discussion thread I set up for the Journal: http://forums.tfhmagazine.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=26301

I'm almost done with the Bolivia trip journal, and have added quite a few pictures since I received more from one of my teammates. Barry's pics are awesome! Birds, bugs, fish, spiders, butterflies, giant river otters... lots and lots of cool critters!

I do need to go back and re-do the pictures that won't enlarge; I just realized that my photobucket settings have been wrong for a long time... that's going to be a time-consuming project *sigh*

Also, Gary and I are about 1/2 way done with the article for TFH...
