Hey Naja, I got a bunch of e. tennellus 'micro' right now; I just set up one of these accounts, so I'll take some of your 'free money!' Local pickup if you want or I could first class it.

I just signed up and it didn't ask me for a bank account info yet. I think that this is DEFINITLY a better way than paypal. Spread the word...Instantly receive $25 in your account.

from what I can tell so far...if both parties in the transfer of funds have an account with this company, everything is free and no fees, however...

If you initiate a transfer of funds to a person who is not a Revolution MoneyExchange accountholder, a hold will be placed on a sum of money in your Account equal to the face value of the initiated transfer. We will notify the person to whom you are trying to transfer funds about the process to become an accountholder and claim the funds. If the person becomes an accountholder within thirty [30] days after you try to initiate the transfer, the funds will be transferred to the person’s Revolution MoneyExchange account and made available to that accountholder. If the person does not become an accountholder within thirty [30] days, or if you notify us before the person becomes an accountholder, we will release the hold on the funds in your Account at that time.

Also...

You should keep track of the amount of value you add to your Account. Each time you use your Account, you authorize us to reduce the value available on your Account by the amount of the transaction. You are not allowed to exceed the available amount on your Account through an individual transaction or a series of transactions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a transaction exceeds the balance of the funds available on your Account, you shall remain fully liable to us for the amount of the transaction and any applicable fees or charges, including a thirty-five dollar ($35) Overdraft Fee.

Common peeps keep hitting me up. I have received $30 in referrals so far. If this keeps up I will have enough to do another set of care packages for the troops and it wont cost anyone a penny!

It's neat to see another player in town. Seriously, I think PayPal needs a competitor.

Don't you guys think that the referrer bonus should go to Reddog80p?

He started the thread, and it seems that everyone is sticking in their referral links, which I don't think it's fair at all.

just my 2 cents.

Looks like another of the many of these companies that have come and gone. Paypal only takes 2-3 to transfer money by the way. I use it daily.

If you buy and sell on Ebay I doubt this will do you any good as Ebay pretty much bans other electronic payment methods. Ever hear of Payko? Ebay banned them also.

This company makes its money from the banks for performing the electronic transfer. Same reason Paypal wants you to fund from a bank account rather than a credit card.

I use a lot of paypal, it's great but it has become too much of a monopoly. PayPal even banned GoogleCheckout on eBay! Recently PayPal start to hold money until you get a Positive feedback from eBay or 3 weeks wait time...this makes many sellers mad.

many PayPal wannabes failed, including big player such as Citibank, they called it c2it.com but never make it.
I think RevolutionMoney is a serious player, it has many big backers such as Citicorp and Morgan Stanley. Also, Steve Case of AOL and many other big names too. I really hope that they kick PayPal butt.
