medium light tank

I need help choosing a light fixture for my 29 gallon tank my dimensions are 30 inches by 12 inches by 18 inches high.
I don't know whether I should get PC or t5 lights. im looking to have a medium light tank

I know you've stated that you want a medium light tank, but what kind of plants do you want to grow?

Also, remember that watts per gallon doesn't apply well to T5 lighting. I have a 30" Coralife Aqualight dual T5 NO fixture that grows anything. The only thing I did to tweak it was replace the goofy aqua glo bulb with a 10,000k so that it has one 18w 6700k and one 18w 10000k.

If you wanted this fixture it is perfect for a 29 gallon and if you want to upgrade lighting you can just get another fixture because you can fit two very easily on your tank.
