Actually, I think I remember seeing someone trying to sell greenwater, as food for fry or something like that. Did I imagine that, or did that really happen? LOL at the thought, anyway.

That's not true, actually, as greenwater is very good food for many types of fry. From invertebrates to some kinds of fish.

i have 1x 65 pc over 29 gallon and i have some algae... cant imagine 65x4 over that tank. I agree with everyone else, You will have an algae farm.

right now with just under 2 watts pergallon i just have the film that i wipe off once a week...its not even that bad

that is 2x54w of t5ho over my 90gal.
4x65w PC (using the old and somewhat antiquated "watts per gallon" rule) is is over 4 wpg...way, way, way too much without CO2 and regular dosing.
It is way out of the "low tech" range

Heavily stocked is only going to contribute to the problem.
I have never started a planted tank with fish in it...I generally wait months before adding fish, to let the tank
settle in.
