Just got in a fight with my T-5

I don't know how to change the bulbs for my Coralife T-5 light. On one of those old fashion T12, I just twist the bulbs up or down and it comes out. For the T-5, I can't fit my fingers in there to do it. There are screws on the sides, but they look so small and breakable. I have the tendency to get excited and break small things so I figure I'll ask everyone here.

give it a 90 degree rotation and they pull out, I had to use needle nose pliers gently on the metal end to get them out. The guy that designed these must have the fingers of a three year old.

If it's hard to rotate in one direction ... rotate it in the other direction. Mine, at least, only rotate one way.
