Anyone had any experience with this light ?

The item I have in question is this

36'' Metal Halide 1X 400 & 4X 39w T5HO with 6X moonlight

this is the picture provided

The price is $339.99
- electronic ballast included (not sure internal or external)
- 5 year warranty
- made in USA
- free shipping

somehow I find this product to be too good to be true at this price range. Has anyone had any experience with this product ?

sorta reminded me of the Odyssea issue

reviews anyone ?

It looks like a Catalina fixture to me,and I have heard nothing bad about them. The Odyssea fixture is a cheap Chinese product that couldn't be trusted.

Made in the USA with a 5 year warranty,I wouldn't worry.

The "newer" models of Odyssea/AquaTraders lights have been used with many reefers with positive results...after checking all the wiring, of course. YMMV still, though.

Yeah, I think their pc coralife copies are the only ones with real danger issues. I guess it's always a gamble with an Odyssea, though.

I agree the light above is a Catalina Ultra Reef. Haven't heard anything bad either.
