Anyone using Hagen Glo Ballast

Is anyone out there using the hagen Glo Ballast 2x 54w one like this

I need to replace the current t5 lighting in my hood and am limited by distance from the hood to the tank top. Also here is Australia we are limited by the choice of ballasts available. I can get this 2x54w ballast and endcap setup for $80AU so all I need is two tubes and reflectors and I am set.
Would be interested to hear if anyone has used these and what they thought of them good bad otherwise.

I have the ballast you linked to in the 24in version. I absolutely love it. Much better than any of the CF's I ever had.
