Hagen GLO 24" 2x24W T5 Fixture - $18 at petsmart!

Just stopped at a local petsmart to get supplies and spotted lighting was on clearance. It is just me or is this a good deal? Bought the last two. For some odd reason they had the 2x24W marked way low @ $18 and the 1x24W marked down to a more reasonable price of ~$70. Going to swing by another close petsmart tomorrow

Nice steal! That looks like the wrong starting point on that. Probably supposed to have been $24.99 for the bulb.

That's what they get for having such unknowledgeable employees!

oh wow thats a steal! Had to been a mistake though cause i bought mine for $90 and that was only the 1x24watt. I hope you bought them all LOL

For sure they put the wrong price on it. Even the wholesale price is much more than that. Nice Grab

They didn't have bulbs. Maybe that's why they were on clearance. Tested them with my original bulbs and they work well. They are new and still have that new rubber smell. Now I just need to find a good source for bulbs...

FWIW I really really like the looks of the Hagen Glo 18k bulb- really makes reds "pop" and has peaks in all the right areas for plant growth Right now I've got it paired with a 10k bulb, and I think I'm going to try a 6000k Geisemann with it instead.

Wow such a steal! They definitely put the wrong tags on haha take a look at the second pic, the first thing it says on the yellow price tag.."fluval"...LOL Our store isnt that stupid!

Those Hagen GLO fixtures just don't come with bulbs. And that's definitely a price mistake, I don't think a trip to the other Petsmart will result in the same.
