70 Watt MH bulbs

I'm looking to buy a pair of reasonably priced 70 watt HQI DE bulbs. I tried vic-lite but they do not have any of the 8000 K bulbs in stock and don't even know when they will get some in. Has anyone ever tried using the cheap ebay bulbs, or know of another place where I can buy some MH lights that aren't $60< a bulb?

Why 8k Does it really man i difference?
I have a extra 70w HQI TS daylight that is by OSRAM.
that i dont need right now ..
would you be interested

The 8K doesn't matter, just looking for something 8 to 10 KK. I would need two of the same bulbs because it's for one tank and i don't want to have two different color lights.

I recently picked up a 10K 70W bulb from http://stores.ebay.com/Trust-Deals-Lights for ~$19 shipped.

I have no idea if it'll last as long as a $60 bulb, but I figure it only needs a lifetime half as long to be worth it. Mines been giving me nice crisp white light for about a month now.

Great, that's what i wanted to hear. I've seen people knocking them on forums saying you won't get a nice color light out of them. I figured it was just the opinions of people that had $5k + reef setups that refuse to believe in bargains. Thanks!
